How do I track my order?
Whenever you order, you get a personal assistant whose job is to make sure you receive your product. You will receive a call from this assistance within 2 hours after placing your order. You will receive updates on where your ordered product is at every requested time.
What are your delivery options?
Delivery varies from location to location. For Accra, free delivery is offered within 24 hours after purchase. You can also hire a delivery company to pickup your order from our shop, at your cost. Those outside Accra receive their products within 72 hours (depending on proximity). For those outside Ghana, paid services of DHL, FedEx and other reliable companies are used.
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with a purchased product, you can return it for a replacement. Please notify us within 3 hours after receiving the product. You will have the product returned to us via the same delivery method by which you received it. The product must not be used before returned. Orders delivered cannot be returned after 48 hours. Be sure of your product before you order.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we do. We use companies like DHL, FedEx and other reliable delivery companies to make sure you get your product fast and safe.
What is your return policy?
Goods purchased are totally returnable. To return a purchased product, please notify us within 3 hours after you receive the product. In this case, the product must not be used under any circumstance. Return the product to us via the same delivery option you got it. Once notified, return the product within 48 hours.
